The Responsible Finance Officer (RFO) is responsible for providing effective management of the Parish Meeting’s finances, including:

• Preparation and maintenance of accounting records.
• Management of the bank account and reconciliation with accounting records.
• Payment of invoices and other approved payments (eg donations).
• Submission of the annual precept request.
• Preparation and publication of the Annual Governance and Accountability Report (AGAR).
